🛒 Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@highscoresupply.store within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! Sign up for our email list to get exclusive offers and be the first to know about new drops and promotions.

🖨️ Print & Product Quality

How are your products made?
All High Score Supply products are printed on demand using direct-to-film (DTF) or direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Each item is made specifically for you when you order.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots. If you have questions about a specific colorway, reach out before ordering.

How do I care for my garment?
To keep your print looking fresh: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low, and do not iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach.

📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Standard shipping within the US takes an additional 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is usually 7–12 business days from order date.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on social media for updates.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first. If it's still missing, contact us at support@highscoresupply.store and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because our products are printed on demand, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund. See our full Return Policy for details.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered, but contact us and we'll see what we can do.
