At High Score Supply, we stand behind every item we make. Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final on Print-on-Demand Items

Since each item is custom-printed when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color variations due to screen differences

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@highscoresupply.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will ship the correct item immediately.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
